About Color Cards online
Color Cards is our take on the shedding-style card games everyone grew up with: match the top card by colour or number, play action cards to disrupt opponents, and be the first to empty your hand. Cards are rendered in 3D on a felt table and dealt with smooth animations. Play with 2–4 friends in a private room, join a public table, or play against computer opponents. How to play Color Cards on Xons Play
- Every player is dealt 7 cards. One card is turned face up to start the discard pile.
- On your turn, tap a card that matches the top card's colour or number, or play a Wild.
- If you cannot play, tap the draw pile. If the drawn card fits you may play it, otherwise pass.
- When you are about to play your second-last card, press Last Card! first — or opponents can catch you for +2.
Color Cards rules
- Skip
- The next player loses their turn.
- Reverse
- Play direction flips. With two players it acts like Skip.
- Draw Two (+2)
- The next player draws two cards and is skipped.
- Wild
- Choose the colour that must be played next.
- Wild Draw Four (+4)
- Choose the next colour; the next player draws four and is skipped.
- Last card
- If you are left with one card and did not call it, any opponent can press Catch and you draw two.
Tips & strategy
- Hold Wild cards for emergencies — they can always be played.
- Change to the colour you hold the most of when you play a Wild.
- Save +2 and +4 cards for when an opponent is close to winning.
